HV Building Maintenance wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We are working toward that goal, and we review the site whenever we make changes.

What we do

  • The whole site can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to content" link.
  • Pages use clear headings, landmarks and descriptive link text so they work well with screen readers.
  • Photos have text descriptions, and form fields have labels and clear error messages.
  • Text and controls are designed to have enough color contrast, and text can be enlarged without breaking the layout.
  • The site works on phones, tablets and computers, and respects the "reduce motion" setting on your device.

Known limitations

We do our best, but some parts of the site may not yet work perfectly for everyone. If you find something that does not work for you, please tell us so we can fix it.
